Your consultation information

When you book, Lexion saves the contact details, workflow notes, selected appointment, and confirmation code you submit. This information is used to arrange and prepare for your consultation. Please leave sensitive customer records and confidential credentials out of the form.

Optional website measurement

We compare homepage messages to understand which ones help people find and book a useful consultation. On the homepage, an optional cookie assigns your browser a random 30-minute session. Within that window, the server keeps the same test version and can associate a confirmed reservation with that session.

Measurement stores the experiment version, coarse mobile or desktop category, page paths, timestamps, and events such as viewing a headline, spending 10 visible seconds on a page, or progressing through booking. The separate appointment record contains your submitted contact information and may include the random session ID. The results dashboard shows aggregate counts, not your form answers.

Our measurement tables do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, full browser identifiers, search parameters, or browsing activity outside this website. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn measurement off below. This removes the current session’s measurement records and prevents further collection in this browser. It does not cancel or delete an appointment you have booked. Your preference cookie lasts one year; the measurement session cookie lasts 30 minutes.

Access and retention

The conversion dashboard is restricted to the site owner. Appointment records are held separately for consultation operations. Measurement records are retained for comparisons between tests; cookie expiry ends attribution, but does not automatically delete the stored results.
